Lifestyle (prior to program):
Heavy aerobics/weights several times per week.
Background: I have tried many times to complete the BFL program. Each time has been a failure because of a few things. One being I ALWAYS ended up gaining weight, and second I have always had difficulty working out first thing in the am. But want to give the program an honest try and see what it does for me.
Goals: My goal of this challenge, is to FINISH it!!! I want to do a clean 12 weeks of BFL. To keep from being discouraged, I am not being particular when it comes to time of workout. In other words, I am counting any BFL workout, not just the morning pre breakfast workouts, as in.
