Lifestyle (prior to program):
Exercise a little once or twice a week.
Background: Two years ago, I was at my heaviest weight of my life (240 lbs.) My girlfriend had just broken up with me and I decided I needed to make a change. I took it upon myself to stop eating bad and drinking sodas. I started running every day, and dropped down to 205 within 3 months. I was feeling great looking good. Which brings me to present day. I let myself slip back into bad eating habits and started drinking sodas again along with the lack of exercise; I had jumped back up to 226 lbs. I felt like I was going to balloon back up to my heaviest weight. My girlfriend of a year and a half (BeachAngel991) wanted to get back in shape after a long bout with arthritis of her knees. She found the BFL and BFL Tracker websites. I was amazed at the transformations each person had along their challenges. We decided to work together as support for EFL and BFL. The 12 week challenge will be accomplished with the support and motivation of my girlfriend and the BFL Tracker members.
Goals: Drop down to 200 lbs. Increase Muscle Definition Possible 6 pack
