Gains Weight:
Mostly gained at my waist.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Exercise a little once or twice a week.
Background: I always knew how to eat and exercise. I just never applied the knowledge. I quit drinking over 3 years ago and my only major problem is food and overeating. March 9th, 2010 after weighing myself and seeing I'd ballooned up to 256.5lbs, I broke down and decided enough is enough. I knew about BFL before from Muscle Media magazines I had read years ago while in the Marines. I decided to commit to this challenge to end my horrible habits for good. I've also decided that I have to do this for my heart. I suffered a heart attack a year ago and found out that I have a congenital heart defect. Because of the defect I have to get my weight under control and my health back on track.
Goals: My goals, ultimately, are to get my weight down to 160lbs to 170lbs, with 10% BF or less. I also want to feel better about myself and eventually help and inspire others.
