Dream Hardbodies ~ I'm back ~ roll call!
Hi gang! Back from vacation. Managed to maintain which I'm very happy about. So where is everyone? What's your goal today...this week? Those MIA's where are you what are you working on...Ron, Keith, Jess, Grace...and Kitt...haven't seen you in a couple of days either...hope your still kicking butt! Ok ladies...make me accountable...bbl to tell you my goals!

So glad your back Diva... I guess it might be you and me... see how it goes.
Hmm my goals.
Make it up the 2nd hill... Eat perfectly clean each and every day. push myself these last 3 weeks.
Good job on maintaining Diva... geez my body refuses to let me have even one free meal, and it likes to gain weight, grrrr. I am hiding the scale til the end of the challenge... it really irriates my mood lol. Took my inches again, total 11 inches down.. which I am happy about but frusrated with my stomach.. only down 1 inch, how is this possiable.
Oh well.. whats my option, quitting, Ha, NOT. Keep at it girl. Did my lbwo... tomorrow am, going for a good bike ride in the am, and friday I only work 2 hrs so going to do a full body work out.. since I will be away for 2 1/2 days.

Awesome Barb! remember in women, the belly is the hardest to lose! Keep going, it will come off! Wow 2ond hill? meaning you defeated that first hill...WTG!!! You are hard core!

Diva--doing good today. Ups and downs the last few days. Been really busy working on my website and art stuff. Here is my new webite address. www.keithwjohnson.com
I hope everyone is doing good. For me i am working on better thinking and having fun with burning cals. I got the biggest loser game on wii and i have to say that i couldnt finish my first intermediate workout and had to go to beginners. thats fine if thats where i have to start. just moving more everyday and eating 6 healthy meals.

HI Gang, I am happy to see some posts here. I would be glad to be the first one to post in the morning to get everyone started, however, for some reason I am not able to do that? Keith, your new pic is great and I love the new website. I have been taking a sketchbook with me everywhere, and drawing everyday, but haven't been able to work on any bigger pieces at home. Have been doing well, and for the last two days, had a 'family crisis' at home with my son and did not get to the gym. with the crisis and working it was impossible. Back to the gym in the morning, after weigning in on the Wii. Barb, I'm happy you made it up the first hill! How did it feel? And did you ride like crazy on the way back down? 11 inches is awesome, don't be discouraged by a slow loss. A slow loss is better than NO loss, a slow loss is much better than a gain! Diva, glad you are back too. Are we listing goals for the week? What are yours? Mine are: 1. Eat clean Thurs, Fri and Sat, and most of Sunday. 2. Get to the gym Thurs, and Fri, and Saturday get to the park. That is, if no one calls out Saturday and I don't have to end up working another 15 hour shift again I think if that happens, I am going to tell the woman I work for that I am taking a 30 minute walk around the building. I dserve 30 minutes after working 15 hours, don't you think? lol Rachel

Hey Guys, I am doing good. Training is intense, diet is ok. Not gaining any weight but not losing any also. My summer break is coming to an end. I will posting more when I get back to a regular work schedule. Hang there everyone. Ron

Rachel~ Keep it up lady... the 30 minute walk break is a great idea...will refresh and destress you as well. I love my lunchtime workouts. What in the world do you do...from what I heard there are laws about working so many hours, thought they have to give you 15 minute breaks every 4 hours of work...but guess it might depend on profession. RON! good to hear from you. Glad your doing well and enjoying your summer. Crazy how the new school year is around the corner already. So a good couple a days for me, clean controlled eats, getting back to workouts. Focusing on healthy life  Figure while it's so slow we'll keep updating the same thread. KITT....where are you lady? hope your still kicking butt! Lost but not forgotten...Grace...Christina...Jess and I know there are others...stop in and say Hi!

Hey Teamies...
I had a killer workout this am.. Hmm until I tore a muscle in my back.. more upper shoulder blade... OH Lord... the pain is unbelievable.. cried like a baby. Went to the dr.. thank god my holidays started today.... he said I either torn or pulled it... take ibprofin every couple hrs... blah... I am praying it heals quick.. I need to finish my challenge strong.
Away this weekend.. be back Monday..
