Hi Conni!!!  Okay--I appreciate the lowdown   And I am ordering your body to keep the jello, fruits and such down so they can bring on the protein and get you home.  I just made layered jello cups last night for my one of my YDS's birthday treats to bring to school tomorrow.  So right now, I hate jello!!!

Off to eat some food--naptime for the kiddos and laundry and paperwork time for me. bbl

Wow FW that is young to be getting braces. Has she lost all her baby teeth? Poor thing on the bottom tooth pulling ouchie mama. PITA is being nice.......LOL!

Kyra sounds like you are making some great strides! Woot Woot! When do you get to the ranch again?

Conni thanks for the lowdown. I am glad you are starting to feel better. Made me think of the BRAT diet when you have a baby. Bananas Rice Applesauce Toast. After my surgery and I was not getting along with the pain meds toast is the only thing I wanted. Any idea on how your body is doing as far as the cancer is concerned?

Schelle did you say BEACH? Man I am ready for the beach!

Dee, not sure I am going to be able to go back this year   it was a fun trip but the $$ are hard to come by for that.  Plus with the new job the stress level is way down and I am looking at the whole thing in a bit of a healtier light.  I have one goal for the year and that is 52 pounds ... give or take 4 pounds.  that means I only have to deal with a pound a week and that is achiveable  I am done setting goals I cannot reach I need some success in my life.

Morning gorgeous ones,

Yes Dee I said beach but now I am back home in suburbia and having to settle for the local pool, or my sister's pool (I don't think I'd like to take the kids to the city beaches - not sure why).

Kyra - yep goal def have to be achievable, I like the way you are changing your life around!

Erika - layered jelly cups - cool, I recently found jelly without artificial colours, now my middle one can have jelly too. When is the party?

Nicole- boot camp - are you loving it?? I went back this morning and OMG I was knackered!

FW - my kids are due for a dentist visit - I hate the dentist and I go through anxiety even taking them, you have a brave little 9yo. Nice work on the food prep!

Connie - floss I'm so sorry you are back in the slammer - I really hope your miracle mind gets you out of there quick (and you never give TMI). Love and hugs and kisses to you.

It's gorgeous and hot here, kids on holidays for another week and a half, but as hubbie is back at work I was back to my 6am workouts this week. Funny but the biggest loss of strength I've noticed is in my forearms and my grip - my calluses have gone and despite the gloves the bars are hurting my poor fingers (yep you can all 'poor baby' me now).

So group session this morning done, and a day of clean eating ahead. It's kind of good to be back into some type of routine

Bootcamp - Loving it? Love Hate. I hate getting up and getting there, after 20 minutes I'm glad to be there and after 50 minutes I'm glad I got up and got it done first thing. The teacher is great, it is a nice mix of ladies and the variety is awesome! I'm learning a ton. I do need to add back in my Friday yoga class. My shoulders upper back is feeling so tight and one of the things I did today, my mobility wasn't good on my shoulders.

Anyway I need to run, I'm making a huge batch of Red Sauce or Marina Sauce. Need to clean up the mess.

REal quick.

Dee - How about workout 3 times this week? Slow and easy.

Schelle - So glad to have you back!

KatieFW - YOU will have a successful week!

Kyra - Can you walk during lunch?

Nicole I was planning to do Kickboxing on Wednesday I know that is going to kick my butt but have to start somewhere and then pump again on Friday.

My 2012 motto " STRONG is the new SKINNY" as I follow them on FB.

Building strength and muscle is my main goal!

I can't even have anything but IV fluid till next week.

For some crazy reason I've never had it but what I want is orange jello in the bottom of a dish then mixed jello with coolwhip & layer that on the jello then top with coolwhip, in fact can I have the entire dish right now????
